STORAGE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Thank you for choosing Eagle Bay Mercantile & Storage. These terms apply to all indoor and outdoor storage rentals and are incorporated into all storage agreements.

Hours & Access

  • Regular office hours are 8AM - 8PM, 7 days a week. Storage access follows the same hours.

  • Appointments outside regular hours may be available by arrangement.

Move-In & Move-Out Notice

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for all vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups.

  • Notice must be provided by email or text.

  • For weekend pickups (Friday through Sunday), notice must by received no later than 12PM on Thursday.

Complimentary Services

Each storage term includes:

  • One complimentary move-in.

  • One complimentary move-out.

  • Additional move-ins or move-outs are subject to a $50 service fee per occurrence.

Valet service
Valet pickup and delivery service may be available by appointment and is subject to availability.

Fees apply and will be quoted at the time of service.

Customer Insurance
Customers are responsible for maintaining insurance coverage on their boat, RV, trailer, or vehicle while in storage.

Eagle Bay Mercantile & Storage does not provide insurance coverage for stored property.

Limitation of Liability
Eagle Bay Mercantile & Storage is not responsible for loss or damage caused by:

  • Theft

  • Fire

  • Vandalism

  • Weather

  • Rodents or pests

  • Mold or mildew

  • Acts of God

  • Mechanical failure

  • Falling trees or debris

Customers store their property at their own risk.

Payments & Late Fees
Invoices are due on the date shown on the invoice.

Late payments may be subject to service charges and suspension of storage services.

Accounts that remain unpaid may be subject to collection procedures permitted by applicable law.

Storage Requirements
Stored units must:

  • Be legally owned by the customer

  • Be in good condition

  • Contain no hazardous, illegal, or prohibited materials.

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Changes to Terms
Eagle Bay Mercantile & Storage reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this website.
